How do I activate my card?

As soon as your physical card arrives in the mail it will need to be activated. With Balance Money there is no more waiting on hold for customer service to do simple tasks. You will just need to follow the instructions below. 

 

Activate your card

  1. Open the Balance Money App
  2. Tap tab_wallet_off.svg Wallet in the bottom left
  3. Tap Activate Your Card
  4. Enter Expiration Date found on your card
  5. Enter desired PIN
  6. Tap Activate Your Card

Your card is now ready for use.
